Multiply Teknik & IT AB uses the information you submit to assess your participation request and contact you about the VisFlow event.
What we collect and why
The form asks for your name, business email, organisation, role, company website, industry, country, attendance preference and operational interest. Current or evaluated platforms are optional. These details help us assess the customer audience and prepare a relevant session.
Who receives the request
The request is stored in the website’s protected content management system and an organiser notification is sent to events@multiply.tech. Authorised Multiply organisers review it. Your details are not published on the website.
Your consent and event access
You choose whether to submit the request and allow event-related contact. This is not a marketing subscription. Requesting participation does not grant event access; the team shares joining details privately after approval.
Retention and your choices
Event requests are kept for the participation review and event follow-up, then removed when no longer needed. To request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your event-contact consent, email events@multiply.tech.
Abuse prevention
A hashed source identifier and an event/email request key help limit repeated submissions. Notification status and consent time are recorded so the organisers can verify how a request was handled.
